Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tracker Maker (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tracker Maker for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple App Store policies.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, design elements, source code, and content within Tracker Maker are the intellectual property of the developer, Dostan Turlybek. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.
In-App Purchases
Tracker Maker offers in-app purchases and premium features handled by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Purchases are non-transferable and generally non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple’s policy. View RevenueCat Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
User Conduct
- Do not use the App for illegal or harmful activities.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
- Do not upload or share malicious content through the App.
Limitation of Liability
Tracker Maker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Tracker Maker at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
