Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mindoku (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store.

Intellectual Property

The Mindoku name, logo, design, content, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

User Conduct

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App.
• Do not distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the App.
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.

Advertisements

The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Your use of the App is also subject to AdMob's privacy practices. View Google Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store in accordance with their terms and policies. Consumable purchases are generally non-refundable except as permitted by Apple App Store rules or required by law. View RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this site and will indicate the date of the most recent changes.
